Freebie! Differentiated Math Journal Prompts

So I have been wanting to create the perfect math journal prompts for awhile now and I just got around to doing it. I am so excited because the prompts are differentiated so every ability level can do them! Often some of my students are able to do the prompt but they lower ones are lost and the higher ones complete it in 2 seconds. So I wanted to make something that I could pass out all focusing on the same skill but on different levels. These can be done in your centers, whole group or for mini-lessons. You can also use these for progression because even though they are different in ability they are also totally different problems so each child can practice that skill 3 times for extra practice as they catch on how to solve the problem.

Some of the topics covered are:
Math vocabulary-more, in all, altogether, difference, how many more etc. (Math vocabulary words are in bold so they are easily able to recognize them)
place value
money
time
equal parts
calendar
problem solving
equivalent sets
same sum
3D shapes
2D shapes
doubles
odd and even
and much more!
