Happy New Year!!! I hope that everyone had an awesome holiday! Mine was wonderful and I enjoyed the much needed time off! I took my son to Lego Land and he had a ball! I am still recovering from the trip! I am back to work in the morning but my students don't return until Tuesday so I had to start working on more centers for my students!
4 coin identification writing prompts- The students use what they know and have learned from your mini lessons to describe and write about each coin using wonderful coin graphics. ( I use these coin books that I purchased from Scholastic that has great facts in them)
Coin math printable- Students match the coin and amount to the correct word
My own bill printable- Students draw their face on the 100 dollar bill and write about what can be bought with it.
Coin anchor charts- 4 charts that shows students what each coin looks like and their value.
Coin matching center cards- I have cards all the way up to 1.00 in value where the students must match the change to the correct amount with wonderful color graphics.
Making change center cards- Students use the amount on the card to make the amount but can only use the number of coins provided. Students use play money with this center.
How much does that word cost?- Students use sight words or spelling words to find out how must they cost using the game board provided.
Money manipulatives- I love magnet manipulatives and so do the kids!!! Laminate these add a magnet and use them on your board for quick lessons, assessments or small group practice!
I will also be adding even more to this pack so you better get it now! Look out for the update for more activities in your TpT account!
Because I love this pack so much I am going to give away 2 of these for FREE! Just leave a comment below and I will use the random number generator to pick 2 winners today at 9 pm.

Money is such a hard concept for the children to grasp. In FL it doesn't have to be taught now until 2nd grade and that includes identifying the coins. I turned my behavior program into a store to try to help them grasp the concept. Love your activities, great free printable!
