Spelling City Giveaway!



Spelling City contacted me to do a review of their site with a premium membership. Of course I jumped at the chance because I only had the free membership! I quickly noticed that there are big differences between the two! Here are a only a few of the perks of the premium membership:


So I have been using it with my students and I love it! There are a ton of printables that are generated from the spelling list that you upload. There are also interactive games that your students can play and there are customizable flashcards. You can give each student a login and it keeps tracks of their progress on spelling tests. You can also differentiate by giving them different lists!

The Teacher Resources section has expanded over the past few months to include Math Vocabulary and Science Vocabularyfor grade levels K-12, plus a number of fun new pages on topics such as Analogies, Compound Words, Multiple Meaning Words, and Syllables & Segmenting!

    Your blog is great. My district hired me as a dual language teacher and BC of cuts I was laid off. I'm back this as a leave. Money is really tight at home so any free items is greatly appreciated!! Keep up with the great blog! I think soon enough I might start my own :)

VocabularySpellingCity is a great asset to every classroom.  I’ve been using VSC for years and my students no longer complain about practice spelling.  I have a Premium Membership and it makes it so easy to assign activities to my students.  Some of their favorite activates are Unscramble, HangMouse, and SpeedySpeller (Premium).  VSC has made my life so much easier; I could not live without it!

  122. As a VocabularySpellingCity premium member, I congratulate Gina on her prize! She will love the benefits that the membership has to offer. The increased number of games is worthy of membership. However, the record keeping is worth every penny. The fact that I never have to grade another spelling or vocabulary test thrills me!
