Have you seen the Big Money Magnetic Coin and Bills set from Educational Insights?

I absolutely love it! I saw these and had to have them! It has been a really helpful tool to have in my classroom. Everything comes packaged in this great little box that you can keep to store the money in even after you open it.

I love how big the coins and bills are and they are very realistic! They are magnetic and stick right to the board! I use these during morning work, small group time, centers, and mini-lesson instruction. Right now we are previewing money so I used it in my morning work last week. I always give them a few sentences to correct and throw in some math in what they need to work on. I have magnet manipulatives that I use from my calendar pack that I use for the other subjects but to have actual money instead of laminated money was very helpful for the kids! I was also able to use these in small groups and in their math work stations the kids used them independently and loved it!
